About Fulshear Fence Builders
A locally owned fencing contractor serving Fulshear and Fort Bend County — built on straight talk and work that holds up in clay soil and Gulf Coast weather.
Who We Are
Fulshear Fence Builders is a locally operated fencing contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Fulshear and the broader Fort Bend County market. We're based in the fastest-growing city in the country and cover the full sweep of the area — from the master-planned communities of Cross Creek Ranch and Cinco Ranch, through the older neighborhoods of Richmond and Rosenberg, out to the rural acreage and equestrian properties around Simonton and Brookshire.
Our work covers the full range of fence types — cedar privacy and stained pine, wrought iron and aluminum ornamental, vinyl and chain-link, pipe corral and no-climb horse fence, plus commercial perimeter systems. Repair work on storm-damaged or aging fences gets the same care as new installs when full replacement isn't necessary. Every job is treated with the same attention to detail regardless of whether it's a single backyard run or a multi-acre commercial perimeter.
Greater Houston creates specific demands for outdoor structures: heavy humidity that rots untreated wood, expansive Fort Bend County clay that heaves shallow posts, hurricane-season wind loads, and termite pressure that punishes anything not built right. Our installation methods account for all of it — proper post depth, rot-resistant materials, galvanized hardware, and construction techniques chosen to perform in this environment for the long term.
How We Work
Honest Assessments
We tell you what the fence actually needs — not what generates the highest invoice. If a section repair will hold up as well as a full replacement, we'll say so instead of pushing the bigger job.
Quality Materials
Western red cedar, properly treated pine, powder-coated iron and aluminum, UV-stabilized vinyl, and galvanized hardware sized for the job — not the cheapest option a supplier sends out.
Clean Workmanship
Posts plumb, panels flush, gates that swing level. The details that determine how long a fence really lasts in clay soil and Houston humidity don't get skipped on our jobs.
Direct Communication
You deal with the same people from estimate to completion. If something changes mid-project, you hear about it before we proceed — not on the final invoice.
Licensed
Properly credentialed for residential and commercial fence construction across Fort Bend County, Texas.
Insured
We carry general liability coverage on every job so you're protected throughout the project.
Local
Based in Fulshear — familiar with HOA design committees, Fort Bend County clay soil, and Texas pool code.
Transparent
Written estimates with clear scope — no vague line items, no surprise charges at the end of the job.
Licensed, Insured & Award-Winning
We're proud to be a trusted fencing contractor in the Greater Houston, committed to quality and customer satisfaction on every project.
What Our Clients Say
Cedar privacy fence around our backyard off Cross Creek Bend Lane. Crew worked through the August heat without cutting corners — posts are dead plumb and the gate latches perfectly. Two storms later it hasn't budged.
We had a leaning section of fence behind the house in Cinco Ranch that the last installer set too shallow in our clay soil. They pulled it, re-set the posts deeper, and the new run is solid. Honest about what was wrong and fair on the price.
Wrought iron fence around the front yard with a custom drive gate. The HOA submittal was painless because they already knew what our community wanted. Clean welds, quality powder coating, no rust spots after a full year of Houston humidity.
Pipe and cable fence put in around our pasture out off FM 359. Took them three days for a long perimeter run with two ranch gates. Wire tension is right, corners braced properly, and the cattle have stayed where they belong.
